  2. How to place an order?
    • If you are amazed by a product and are willing to buy it, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button and visit the Cart. Login with your ID and Password or click on Sign Up if you don't have an existing ID. Proceed by entering Shipping Details and choose a payment method. Click on ‘Pay Now’ and your order is placed. Please enter your working Phone Number and Email ID.
    • If you are not able to place an order, note down the SKU Code and Call or Whatsapp us on 9324243011 / 7400413163. We can manually take the order into procedure.
  3. Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
    • If your eyes are stuck with an ‘Out of Stock’ product, don’t get disheartened just Whatsapp or Call us on 9324243011 / 7400413163 we can customise the product for you or if available in the store we can manually deliver it to you.
  4. Do you deliver internationally?
    • Yes, we do deliver internationally.
  5. What are the delivery charges that I need to pay?
    • Shipping is free pan India. The shipping charges outside India will be communicated to you at the time of order processing.
  6. How to track my order?
    • A tracking ID will be mailed to you and you can track your order through that.
  7. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
    • We’ll send you an e-mail & SMS once you’ve successfully placed your order! We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you/warehouse along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).
  8. Why am I not able to track my order?
    • Please check after 24 hours as the tracking ID for your order will take some time to be activated once it’s shipped.
  9. How can I Return / Exchange a defective / wrong product?

    • Know More About Our Return Policy

    • We have a Self Return and Reverse Pick up policy. In order to return the product you will have to pack the item/s in the original condition received and handover to the courier assigned for collection, once you select the products to return on our Return panel.
    • Items are eligible for return if they are being returned within 7 days of delivery and fulfil any of the following conditions :
      • Item was delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition.
      • Item was not as per the image displayed on the website.
    • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
    • The cost of return shipping will not be covered by Yosshita Neha Fashion Studio. Only in case of damaged products or products that are received wrong, Yosshita Neha Fashion Studio would cover the return shipping costs up to Rs. 100 in cases of Self Return.
    • You may request for Replacement (exchange) of product or coupon worth product amount, that you could use on future purchase from Yosshita Neha Fashion Studio.
    • Any Custom / Standard Stitched Item cannot be exchanged or returned.
